   • Sam’s 35-minute call calmed him for a 900-person keynote.
2. Arrive Early 
   • Show up an hour early to settle in and connect.
   • Worked for Sam in Butler, PA, near a historic spot.
3. Backup Plan 
   • Pack your own tech (laptop, files) for glitches.
   • Sam’s MacBook saved the day when the venue’s setup failed.
